I struggle with attention issues these days. I can rarely sit and watch a film in one sitting without pausing it and doing other things. The reason I say “rarely” rather than “never” is because of films like All About Eve!
I understand. Although the film deals with the issue of demanding attention, it does so in a satirical way blatantly or subtly. Anyway, thanks for dropping by 🙂
All About Eve is one of my favourite movies. What a script!
What a script indeed 🙂 In fact, that one quote which includes the line “Fasten your seatbelts, it’s going to be a bumpy night” is on the American Film Institute list of the top 100 movie quotations 🙂 I just can’t remember which one. Anyway, thanks for dropping by 🙂
Oh that script is laced with millions of witty and acerbic gems.
