  1. Your post has inspired me to dig out my Moviedrome guide and read the entry for Walker, I hadn’t realised it was written by Rudy Wurlitzer, who wrote the screenplay for Two-Lane Blacktop.

  2. I am glad you feel inspired 🙂 I also think it is awesome that you have the original Moviedrome guides. Now, one can view them on a pdf, but having the original guides just makes it all the more special 🙂 I knew from the start that Rudy Wurlitzer penned the script. Not surprising, when you consider not only how great it is, but because Alex Cox is a huge fan of him as well. He also loves Two-Lane Blacktop 🙂 Anyway, thanks for dropping by 🙂

  3. Oh yeah, both films feature killer soundtracks 🙂 I am a huge fan of punk rock so maybe that has something to do with it, but hey they are both great films. Anyway, thanks for dropping by and keep those comments coming 🙂

  4. Yeah. I’m a punk rock fan too. Late 70s early 80s primarily. Big, big Ramones fan. 53rd and 3rd. I Wanna Be Sedated. Blitzkrieg Bop. Rock N Roll High School. I like New Wave too.
