  1. I have seen these, and agree with your ratings, though I might put ‘Imitation of Life’ at number one. As for ‘Magnificent Obsession’, I actually prefer the Sirk remake.

  2. I love both Sirk’s version and Stahl’s version. As for Leave Her to Heaven, I do not know If it was the first Noir shot in color, but it had to have been one of the earliest of them. Anyway, thanks for dropping by 🙂
